James Ward
James Ward is an English tennis player who is currently ranked number five in Britain.
After starting to play tennis aged 11, James has enjoyed much success in the sport.
He reached the quarterfinals of the 2010 Aegon International and the semifinals of the 2011 Aegon Championships as a wildcard entry.
His best grand slam performance to date was reaching the third round of Wimbeldon in 2015.
James, who appeared on Question of Sport after winning sports team personality of the year, was part of the team that won the Davis Cup in 2015.
He played in wins against the USA and France in the first round and quarter finals, which included a singles victory over John Isner to give Britain a 1-0 lead.
James also enjoys watching and playing football, and is an avid supporter of Arsenal.
